Stop download Failed Downloads

Each time NB starts up, it tries to download a few files, which are then marked as duplicates.
They are under the "Failed Downloads" tab.
I delete them, but next time NB will try again.

Based on previous posts, I think I should delete 'Downloads.dbe' ..??

Should I also delete the below files?

Downloads.db3-wal
Downloads.db3-shm

Yes, I'd delete downloads.db3 and the rest of the "Downloads" files.
