Repeating scroll bar error, 6.31 1858?

I've been noticing, that when I blocked a poster, to get rid of a lot of posts I wasn't interested in, and then 'Enabled' the filters above the particular group window (in that order), that the system would refresh as usual with the scroll bar at the bottom of the window. But, when the scroll bar would finish, it would repeat, and repeat, and repeat, and the 'Subject:' window would stay blank. This continues until I kill Newsbin.
To work around this, I have not 'Enabled' filters again. I believe this might be a bug, as I've never seen this particular behavior before.
