download stops at 90-100%

hello
noob here... new to this whole NZB thingy. ive been reading quite alot, but aparently not enough
for many files now, the download hasbeen stoping at 90-100%, and all Newsbin status says is 'Retry X seconds, 0% completed'
last time it hapened, technicly the file finished download in full, i check the files one by one, all done exept for the PAR2 files... no idea wats hapening
i tested the NZB b4 downloading, it stoped at 94% ...
one more thing... is it better for NZB to have more PARs or no PAR's at all ?

You want pars, they let you fix otherwise damaged files. I'd hit the + sign on the downloads, look at the files and see if you can figure what didn't download.
