Tried V6 - no good for me

First off v6 didn't recognize QuickPar as installed. Reinstalled quickpar and that worked. Phew.
Thought it was fine...

Had a download going that wouldn't complete. Thought it was a small bug and restarted Newsbin.
Download showed up at 0% complete. Newsbin started verifying the files (which took waaay too long, almost faster to re-download). PARs are paused and the download won't finish. I'm waiting and waiting. Tried right clicking and selecting assemble incompletes and then run a manual quickpar. Didn't work.

Installed V 5.59, re-downloaded, everything worked fine.

6 doesn't use Quickpar for anything. In fact, neither does 5.59. All the unrar/repair stuff is done internal or in the PAR dll that ships with Newsbin.

As for the rest, there's really not enough information to comment on.
