Unable to move items in the download list

Postby lws_junior » Tue Nov 15, 2011 7:45 pm

I just up upgraded from v5 to the latest 6.11. So far so good except that in the download list I'm unable to rearange the download file order. I tries to move some of the items to the top but nothing happened. Same thing when trying to move one item up one line. Thank you.

In v6 you cannot move an item within an entry added to the download list as a compacted set - only the set as a whole.

If you want the ability to move the individual items you must click the +button against an entry in a post list to expand it, and then queue the items from the expanded view. When added to the download list in this manner they appear as uncompacted items that an be individually moved in the list.

Quade has talked about possibly at some point adding the capability to break up a compacted set in the download list into the individual entries (and the converse) but as far as I know there is no ETA for that, and not even a guarantee such a capability will be added at all.

Thanks. I double clicked one of my nzb files and up came Newsbin. I did expand the tree and selected ALL the files for download to to a directory. I went to te download tab and yes indeed I was able to move the items up or down.

Now I ran across another minor problem. While downloading I selected the download tab then highlighted all the files listed and selected ASSEMBLE INCOMPLETES The incomplete files did stop however the next group of items which hadn't began to download started to download. I again had to select assemble incompletes. In Version 5.x I was able to assemble all the incomplete files thus wiping out the entire download list.
