Can i Filter out Duplicates?

Hello

i was wondering if i somehow could filter out posts from a group that has already ben posten in another group, so that i wont have to look through the same posts once more

Typically, I put related groups into a "Group of Groups". I right click, make a Folder in the groups list and send the similar groups into this topic. Then when I load, I load the topic which loads all the related groups into one listing. Then anytime I browse and delete/mark old or download, if affects all the loaded groups.
