Newsbin crashes on "Download & Update"

I'm having a prob which first started after 6.10 was installed and has continued with 6.11.

I normally keep my Groups list permanently on display at the left, and use the Black arrow and the top to "Download and update these groups".

Every time I do that, Newsbin crashes.

As an alternative, if I right click on a group folder, and select download latest and then show posts it displays the results quite happily.

I did try a re-install once, but with no impact.

Any suggestions what may be wrong?
