What problem are you trying to solve? If the disks are slow, you're going to run out no matter what. The "MemCacheLimit" is probably better setting if your problem is slow disks.

Yes slow disk.
where do I find .nbi?
Not in options, or the program file.
What should I change it too?

There is no 'right' value. As the docs say, it's in MB, defaults to 20, so the larger you set it, the more that will cache. I wouldn't go crazy with it, myself.

I use 100 but, I have 6 gigs of ram. If you're running a 64 bit os and have at least 4 gigs of ram ,I might set it to 120.
