Folders on Network Drives no longer accessed

I have been using all the v6 versions with no problems up to now. My Download folder is on a Network drive as is my nfo folder (//HTPC/NBpro/Download and //HTPC/NBpro/nfo)

After the latest upgrade ( 6.01RC1 build 1267) NBPro will no longer acccess the drive. When downloading it created a folder on C: drive called c:/HTPC/NBpro/Download and can no longer read the nfo folder.

Do I need to go back to the previouse release to access the Network Drives again?
