Won't Delete any messages when there are lots

I opened a folder with many groups. These were new groups, so there was 370,000 messages. I tried to delete a few and it did not delete any. Tried to delete lots and still did not delete any. This happens in both Beta 5 & 6. I had to open each group individually and delete many of the old messages.

Also, sort by status still does not work. does not group all downloaded or poster lock messages.

Sorry, I meant 670,000 messages. Also, when I selected about 200,000 messages, there was not enough room in the select count to display how many selected.

So, it works for some but, not 670,000?

yep. When I tried collections of groups with less it deleted them. The only other thing I can think of it was busy and I did not wait, but my cpu meter did not show any activity. At the very big count, I could not even delete one message. When I did, it seemed to accept the command, but the count did not reduce and the message was still there.
