Version 6 Autoload settings don't work

Postby ken_sal » Sun Aug 07, 2011 10:21 pm

I've been trying to set the Autoload NZB path and it just doesn't work. I do the browse and go to the appropriate folder and it just ignores my selection. When I press the "save" button it clears the entry. If I manually enter the path it stays there, but it's still ignored when I press the "save" button. Using Win 7 64bit. I went back to v5 later release than 5 was running before and it doesn't work either now (5.59 build 9826). This problem also appears to manifest itself when the override decode path for Decode folder is updated as well. :(

Ok, I go into the options window.

- NZB Files
- Click "Browse"
- Browse to the folder I want. Not touching the filename.
- Click Save

The "Autoload NZB Path" now shows the new path.

Then I went into the advanced options, unchecked "Old folder picker" and repeated.

- Click "Browse" - Get a different folder picker.
- Browse to the folder I want.
- Click "Ok" (no save this time).

The "Autoload NZB Path" now shows the new path.

So, I'm not sure what's going on. Changing the filename will make it fail in the first scenario.

Thanks. I kept changing the filename field as I expected the selected path to show up there.

I was hoping it was something like that. The other other folder picker doesn't have the same issue but, it's pretty old and clunky looking.
