Setup for Block account as Fill Server

What are best settings for adding a block account as fill server? Anything in addition to ticking the fill server box in server options? I am about to attempt top get a number of files incomplete in the astraweb heavily incomplete time span (80 to 200 days) and would like to avoid blowing through the block account allotment any more than needed. (already have ssl.astraweb.com, ssl.eu.astraweb.com and ssl.us.astrabweb.com).

I think that's about it.

If you know the files are incomplete, you'll be using the block account. 6 is more granular about using the block account meaning it might be a bit more efficient than 5.59 in this instance.
