I'm not really a big fan of this program retaining and listing my previous search phrases - so how do I clear that ever lengthening list?

In 6b11 there was a button to clear previous search results - now they stick around until I do another search since I can't find another way.

The button to clear search history hasn't disappeared it's on the left of the search bar : hovering mouse cursor over it will say "clear search entry" .

And if you want to delete all the previous searches you have Options - Clear Filter History.

The 'Options - Clear Filter History' did the trick for my first problem.

As for the second - I want to clear the returned 'results' of the search - not just the search phrase. Previous versions had a button that cleared the resulting listing - though I never tested to see if the results were cumulative through multiple searches without clearing.

A new search seems to overwrite the previous listing but otherwise the last results remain shown.
