Speed limit not working properly

Just a heads up.
I installed V6 beta for one main reason which is the limiter goes up to 95Mbps. I have upgraded my broadband to 100Mbps last friday.
It seams the limiter limits the speed to 15Mbps even though I have it set to 95Mbps in options.

P.S Is this where I should be posting things like this or is there a feedback system for beta tests?

What happens if you turn it off? What's the max speed you get without it?

Full tilt 112Mbps 13.9MBps. As well speed limit turns off when I restart Newsbin. I think it stayed on with V5 though I could be wrong about that.
I want to just set it to 95Mbps and leave it on the whole time.

The thing is, I can set it and get it to 80 Mbps or whatever so, I'm not sure what to say at this point. I'll add it to my todo list.
