Enabling the quick filters on downloads/failed/par tabs?

Hi,

How do we get the quick regex filter search box option to be viewable again, as it was on version 5?

Meaning, say a whole bunch of files have been added to queue, and I want to filter based on that list to remove or prioritize stuff accordingly.
