Can anyone help with just retreiving These formats
and not include Ex. Movie.avi.001 Movie.avi.002
and Rar's and P01 P02 etc.

By doing that you're throwing away a majority of the video out there. My guess is fully 80-90% of all video is in RAR files.

It would just be for when time is not on my side. Would retrun back to Rar's. ps is there a way to make sure that all Rar's are availible for download?
