disabling specific filenames

how can I disable getting certain specific filenames? been entering some keyterms for filenames which i've gotten on previous downloads or i simple refuse, though sometimes the name is mentioned in the middle of a posting header name which refers to a completely other file with the consequence that something slips through...?

Add filename filters. They're not applied till the file actually starts to download so, even if the subject lies, they get caught.
