Powerusenet slowed to near zero

Powerusenet slowed to near zero

Sometime over the last few days (been gone over the weekend) powerusenet died for my connection.

I can get newsbin to connect but will not dl headers or data. I get response from powerusenet "MSG=224 xover information follows and then it dies.

According to the info under groups, the headers have not updated for 9 days. When I left Newsbin was downloading some data and that did not finish either, stopped early morning 8/9 and has not returned.

I am an earthlink customer via a comcast cable connection. Any ideas?

does the status tab give any other messages?

what version of newsbin are you using?

Vista right? Search the forum for vista issues. You have to turn off auto-window sizing in the network.
