AFAIK Newsbin does not have a native application, and it runs only in Wine. So, a PPA is not needed.

Posted: Wed Feb 01, 2012 3:54 pmAssuming you mean 'personal package archiver' (there's more than one meaning), this is a non-issue. Newsbin is a windows application that runs in wine.
