Preferred PPA?

Is there a (preferred) PPA? I use both F14 and ubuntu 11.04

AFAIK Newsbin does not have a native application, and it runs only in Wine. So, a PPA is not needed.

Assuming you mean 'personal package archiver' (there's more than one meaning), this is a non-issue. Newsbin is a windows application that runs in wine.
