Forum switch to "Adminstrator Authenticate"

Because of the spammers, I've switched the forum over to "Administrator Authenticate". That means I have to personally auth new users.

I do have to sleep 6-8 hours a day so, there might be gaps when I auth people. If the spammers go away, I'll switch back.
