NewsBin Version 5.41 Release (32 and 64 bit)

In addition to the Version 5.40 improvements over version 5.35, this release has the following fixes and improvements:

In addition to the Version 5.40 improvements over version 5.35, this release has the following fixes and improvements:
- Modified post list display to show new headers sooner when it is open during a header download.
- Performance improvements to AutoPAR
- Performance improvements to the Image Database feature.
- Added support for .RAR files that use .s00, .s01... extensions
- Implemented demand loading for Add Groups screen and Image Database. This reduces memory use and increases display speed for large lists.
- Fixed crash on startup problem for some types of database corruption that may occur if NewsBin is closed unexpectedly
- Fixed problem with MOTD not working on Vista machines
- Modified installer to better detect and install upgrades.
