Version 6.71 Production Release

The purpose of 6.71 is to address issues uncovered after 6.70 was released.

Short Summary of Changes:

• Bug fixes to 6.70 uncovered after release
• Updated to a new SSL library that behaves better with certain news servers and should be more reliable.
• Improved error reporting.
• Now works on XP and Windows 2003 due to a development tool change.

This is a free upgrade for all registered users. Just run the installer and all your settings will be retained. If you are upgrading from a version prior to 6.60, you should empty your download, failed files, and wish lists as they are not compatible with 6.60+.
